7. Limitation of Liability

MAGIST LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

Before taking legal action, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting the other party in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any legal proceedings shall be filed in the appropriate jurisdiction therein.
