At Magistify, all of our services and products are digitally delivered. We strive to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment for every project. Please review our policy below regarding delivery timeframes, communication, and what you can expect once you place an order.

Digital Product Fulfillment

All services provided by Magistify—such as logo design, branding strategy, and landing page/web design—are delivered electronically via email or secure download links.

Delivery Timeframes

• Logo Design Packages

  • Initial concepts are typically delivered within 3 business days from the time of payment and receipt of client requirements.

  • Final files and revisions are delivered within 1–3 business days following client approval of the selected concept.

• Landing Page & Website Design

  • Project timelines vary depending on complexity and client responsiveness, but most landing pages are delivered within 7–10 business days after all content and payment are received.

• Custom Branding Projects

  • Delivery times are discussed and agreed upon individually based on project scope.

Delivery Method

• All final files are sent via email or shared through secure platforms (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or a direct download link).

• Clients will be notified by email once the files are available.

Client Responsibility

• Please ensure you provide accurate contact information and respond promptly to requests for content or feedback.

• Delays in communication or incomplete project briefs may extend the delivery timeline.

Order Confirmation

• After placing an order and completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours outlining the next steps and any materials we need from you to begin.
