Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Magistify, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and ensuring a positive experience for every client. Below are our refund and cancellation guidelines for logo design, website design, and branding services.

Logo Design Services

• All logo design packages include multiple original concepts and free revisions during the guarantee period (6 months or 1 year, depending on the package).

• Refunds are available only if no initial concepts have been delivered. Once the design process begins and samples are provided, the project is considered active and non-refundable.

• If a project is canceled before any design work begins, a partial refund may be issued (minus administrative and processing fees).

Website & Landing Page Services

• Full payment is required upfront to begin work on website or landing page projects.

• In some cases, a partial payment agreement may be arranged before starting the project.

• Once the project has started (including design planning, structure setup, or content input), the payment becomes non-refundable.

• All packages include free revisions to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result.

Custom Services

• Customized services such as branding strategy or digital consulting are non-refundable once work has begun.

• We always strive to accommodate client feedback and provide necessary adjustments whenever possible.

Cancellations

• To cancel a project, please contact us via email at magistmedia@proton.me.

• We will confirm your cancellation and inform you of any refundable amount, based on the progress of the project and any pre-agreed terms.
